Accommodation providers periodically report arrivals and stays to their Region, which passes them on to ISTAT — usually every month. By collecting the data right at check-in, HotelOnlineAI prepares the ISTAT export in the required format, so submitting it becomes a simple final check.
The CIN must be requested on the Ministero del Turismo platform, then displayed at the property and included in every listing. HotelOnlineAI stores and validates the CIN in the official 18-character format and shows it wherever it's needed — for example on documents and in pre-arrival messages to guests.
